The government of Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni vowed to re -activate the two centers of Albania after the Italian court’s decision was still dormant.

Meloni’s position was part of the support of the Italian Supreme Court in a ruling of the Supreme Court of Italy in late December. The Italian judge said that Italian judges could not replace government policies to determine which national security repatriation of asylum demanded immigration.

The ruling does allow the lower courts to make such rulings one by one without formulating overall policies.
