Lindsay Lohan’s father, Michael Lohan, was arrested on his body and body in Texas for allegedly estranged wife, Kate Major Lohan.
In court documents obtained by Fox News Digital, Lohan is charged with a felony assault called “continued violence against the family.”
A representative from the Harris County Sheriff’s Office told Fox News Numbers, “Friday, February 21, 2025, the complainant (Kate Lohan) was in medical follow-up, when the defendant (Michael Lohan) was in the event of a medical follow-up operation. Michael Lohan observed in the parking lot. Most of the buildings were placed with a 911 phone call and deputies responded.”
The statement continued: “She told deputies that Lohan turned her out of the chair a few days ago. The complainant felt pain and discomfort. A female deputy was able to witness the bruises on the complainant’s body.”

Lohan was arrested at his residence in North Harris County and arrested on a $30,000 margin. He will be in court on Monday.
“I pray for privacy for my children and myself and finally serve justice,” Major said in a statement specifically for Fox News numbers.

Lohan’s representative could not be contacted for comment.
Lohan and Major got married in 2014 and shared the two sons of Landon Major Lohan and Logan Michael Lohan.
In 2018, the couple applied to dissolve their marriage, citing “irreversible damage” in their relationship. The petition was later withdrawn in 2019.

The 64-year-old was previously arrested in 2020 for “verbal and physical abuse” for reports obtained on the then-Page Six.
The former journalist major also faces legal dilemma. In April 2015, she was arrested for allegedly “drunk attack” Lohan was accused of cheating on him during a debate. In that case, Major also claimed that the Arhat grabbed her throat. However, there is no evidence to support the claim.

She was also arrested on DWI in 2020 for suspected abuse.
