Tesco is selling a toy Range Rover for £27.50 instead of £110

PARENTS can scoop up a toy Range Rover at a discount price as Tesco has slashed the cost by 75 per cent.

An eagle-eyed shopper in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains group on Facebook spotted the toys on sale at the supermarket for just £27.50, down from £110.

That's a huge £82.5 discount, and an even better offer than in October when the supermarket was selling the toy for £55 – half its original price.

Sadly, we do not know if it's a nationwide offer as some stores may be reducing the toys to clear out stock.

The Sun has contacted Tesco to find out more and we'll update this article as soon as hear back.

Call your local Tesco before heading to the shop to see whether you can nab the bargain yourself and to avoid disappointment.

The toy is also available for a discount price on Amazon, although it would still set you back £84.26.

Tesco has nearly 4,000 stores in the UK. You can find your nearest one using its store locator tool.

The battery operate toy Range Rover is capable of speeds up to 1.7 km/hour.

Kids can use it both as an electric ride on or as a classic push and go car.

If the discount is not available at your local store and you're looking for toys at a bargain price, check out the latest offer from B&M.

The store brought back its popular toy sale with all "two for £20" items being reduced to just £4 each.
