Serena Williams needs skincare that will work as hard as she does, both on and off the court.
In a “Go To Bed With Me” video to accompany her August Harper’s Bazaar cover, the Grand Slam champ revealed the simple yet pricey beauty routine that keeps her face glowing.
The Olympian kicks things off by removing her makeup with Loving Earth cold-pressed coconut oil ($15.90) that she picked up in Australia, slathering it all over her face twice to make sure everything’s squeaky clean.
For the second step, Williams relies on two products she discovered during her “babymoon” in Mexico — Vine Vera’s Resveratrol Vitamin C Serum ($246) and Resveratrol Age Defying Eye Serum ($296).
Those two serums are followed by MZ Skin Hydra-Bright Golden Eye Treatment Mask, which comes in a set of five patches for $106.
“I leave these on for like 10 minutes usually, I like to sit down in my room with Olympia and I watch ‘Finding Nemo,’” the tennis star explained. “I hate dark circles around my eyes, so I try to get serious about treating my eyes.”
Post-eye mask, Williams uses MZ Skin Collagen Activating Eye Complex ($149), which she orders from London. “When I’m traveling I even put this on my face because I feel like whatever you’re using on your eyes is super moisturizing and can work for the whole face,” she said. “That’s why I don’t have a lot left — I need to order more!”
Williams follows that up with Ayur Medic Enrichment Cream ($70) before finishing up with Mario Badescu Facial Spray With Aloe, Herbs and Rosewater ($12), which her best friend recommended she try. “I spray it like I’m in France, so just spray a lot,” she joked.
And it seems Williams’ 1-year-old daughter has inherited her obsession with skincare; the tennis star revealed that little Olympia loves to participate in her nighttime regimen and uses all the same products she does.
