She's been starring on our TV screens for numerous years now, from Big Brother to The Masked Singer, but while the shows change, Davina McCall continues to wow fans with her age-defying looks.
It's no secret that former model Davina is an avid fitness fan, with her regularly sharing her gruelling workouts with her 1.4million Instagram followers.
The mum of three also regularly shares insights into her super-clean diet, giving fans a glimpse into her routines and habits which help her to stay looking so glamourous.
While Davina's released numerous fitness DVDs over the years, as well as a series of cookbooks, many are still left wondering exactly what she does herself to stay looking so good.
Here we take a look into her diet and fitness regime…

Davina doesn't cut corners when it comes to fitness, with her routine entailing six workouts a week. The star has previously trained for a 500-mile triathlon, has ran marathons, and has took part in testing Sport Relief fitness challenges.
She told Women's Health back that her gym time was focused around "dancing, pelvic thrusts, and enjoyment."
She is known to enjoy a combination of HIIT workouts, running, boxing, and spinning, as well as yoga sessions and barre classes.
Davina reportedly goes running every day, whether in-between meetings, with her dog, or before meeting friends. She previously told her social media followers she always carries a backpack with spare clothes wherever she goes, so she can run whenever she fancies.
Davina's favourite exercise is burpees, and she previously said: "A burpee is the gift that keeps on giving. It does everything. It gets your heart rate up, it builds strength and power in your legs, your core and your arms."
The dedicated star also now has her own fitness app, Own Your Goals, which allows her to share various workouts with her fans wishing to mimic her toned physique.
However, it's not just an intense fitness regime that keeps Davina looking her best. The TV presenter also follows an extremely clean diet, after she ditched alcohol and sugar many years ago.
She swapped out various foods for healthier versions, and is a big fan of meal prepping. Davina explained her eating habits to Women's Health previously, saying: "I swapped white bread and pasta for wholegrain versions after learning how high-GI foods affect your energy.
"I then write the meals for the week on a big chalkboard in our kitchen and cook everything from fresh."
Davina's other diet tips include avoiding processed food where possible, and planning meals in advance for the entire week in order to stay in shape.
The star has published three cookbooks detailing her healthy recipes, including Davina's Sugar-Free in a Hurry, and Davina's Smart Carbs.
