Experts reveal how Dancing On Ice star Billie Faiers added a whopping £1.1 million to her property value

Dancing On Ice star Billie Faiers and Greg Shepherd couldn’t help but celebrate in style after getting planning permission on their new home recently.

The gorgeous pair have purchased a new £1.4million mansion in Essex with plans to renovate the amazing property in their own way.

Billie, 30, took to social media to share the incredible photos from the celebratory special meal as she dressed up in a stunning patterned white and pink dress with sky-high heels to celebrate alongside Greg and their two children, Nelly and Arthur.

And, according to experts, Billie’s renovation plans are set to add big value to her home.

After the surge of home renovation accounts as a result of lockdown, decided to look at how much value has been added to the homes of celebrities as a result of their renovations.

And the experts reveal that Billie, who lives in Brentwood, Essex, has added a whopping £1.1 million to the value of her property.

Website report that Billie and Greg spent nearly a quarter of a million pounds on their renovations, which included a kitchen, gym, three walk-in wardrobes, a two storey side extension and a single storey rear extension.

As a result experts from estimate Billie's home could easily be worth in excess of the £2.5 million mark, which is a rise of 75 per cent on top of what the star bought her home for.

Celebrating hers and Greg’s renovation, Billie, who has started her Dancing On Ice rehearsals, threw a stunning meal.

The room was then filled with two immaculate white dinner tables with a soft pink table runner as roses sat in the middle of each seating area.

To top it off, huge pampas grass plants are seen dotted around the room, which looked like the perfect place to sit and relax while tucking into a meal.

Taking to Instagram, Billie wrote alongside the photos: “Out with the old in with the new.

“To celebrate finally getting our planning Permission … we had a little family lunch in our new home (first and last in the house as it is) before we begin our renovation project @homewiththesheps.”

“I don’t know how you pulled this one off @cupid_creative your the best Thank you for making it look so pretty and vintage of course …. you always understand my vision in every situation.”

The couple revealed at the time that their lavish abode was to go ahead after reports of an apparent “feud” with their new neighbours.

Billie wrote on social media: “It’s a VERY happy Friday in the Shepherd house … we finally got our planning Permission for our new house and we are soooooo excited.

“Let the @homewiththesheps journey begin”.

The couple are said to have been caught in a row with locals as it was claimed their plans to build their dream home were “too grand”.

But Billie is said to have resolved the feud by making the plans “acceptable” following a series of compromises.
