BOOTS is one of the UK’s most iconic health and beauty retailer and pharmacy chain in the nation, so will Boots remain open during the coronavirus pandemic?
A spokesperson for Boot said in these “unprecedented times” its stores would continue to monitor the situation and change its opening hours “as they see necessary”. At the moment, stores are still open but customers are being advised to use delivery where possible.

Why is Boots staying open?
According to the Government’s new rules on which services are allowed to run and which aren’t, Boots is allowed to continue trading.
This is because pharmacies (including non-dispensing pharmacies) are considered an essential shop.

However, the delivery times will be longer than usual just like anywhere else.
Home delivery is free when you spend £30 or more.
If you spend less than £30, delivery costs an additional £3.50.
