Leslie Charleson, the cause of death at General Hospital, revealed

General Hospital Star Leslie CharliesonAccording to TMZ, the cause of death has been revealed.
Charleson reported on Thursday, February 13 that Charleson died of a 79-year-old blunt head trauma on January 12.
The actress’s official cause of death has been classified as “the sequelae of blunt head trauma”, referring to the effects of historic head injuries.
The death certificate obtained by TMZ lists other medical conditions that Charlieson experienced before his death, including asthma, arthritis, atrial fibrillation, and normal stress hydrocephalus. According to Mayo Clinic, “hydrocytosis is the accumulation of fluid in the internal fluid of the brain.”

Executive Producer of General Hospital Frank Valentine Charlieson’s death was announced last month through the show’s official Instagram account.
“I announce the death of my dear friend and colleague Leslie Charleson,” he wrote. “Her enduring legacy has spanned nearly 50 years. General Hospital Leslie is alone, just as Monica is the core of a quarter, Leslie is the beloved patriarch of the entire cast and crew. ”
In addition to the news, Valentini shared four photos of the daytime Emmy nominee smiling. “I will miss our daily chat, her quick wit and incredible live chat,” he continued. “Representing everyone at the General Hospital, my heartfelt sympathy for her loved ones during this difficult time.”
Charleson began playing Monica Quartermaine in the soap opera in 1977 General Hospital.
“I started the show Elvis Dead, as such a huge fan, I was certainly depressed to drive to the studio and get there and I was told they wish I had brought my own wardrobe and makeup myself because the strike happened – that was before I even Entered the building,” Charlieson recalled Soap Opera Summary In 2022.
