The immigration judge appointed by former President Joe Biden has been slammed after being fired by President Donald Trump.
“This is political,” the WGBH report said.
Doyle, who works in Massachusetts, is one of more than 20 immigration judges who have not been explained in recent days, and Doyle retains that “she” is “not in the best interest of the agency.”
Administrative judges such as Doyle do not have the same protection as the sack of federal judges, which are nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate to fill the life clause.

Doyle noted that many judges in the Boston area serve in immigration courts across multiple governments, believing that those appointed to play roles will not act in partisan ways.

The report noted that the recent shooting is not the first time the new administration fired a judge, pointing to an example of 2021, where the judge Marna Rusher, hired by Trump, was fired shortly after Biden took office .

However, Doyle has fewer questions about the decision and reasoning that Biden’s decision is unlikely to be “politically motivated.”
“Maybe it’s just every president who wants his unreasonableness and who will follow his agenda. I don’t know,” Doyle said. “I don’t think I’m going to have a better idea for the United States as they think they have a better idea for the United States,” he said. And to be fair to people across borders, motivate this motivation politically.”
