Judge allows Blake Lively, Justin Baldoni

Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni agreed to disagree.
According to the joint letter submitted in the court and obtained a joint letter with Fox News digital numbers, both Lively and Baldoni’s legal teams told Judge Lewis Liman that “the settlement discussion will be too early”. The letter also states: “The parties agree to the mediation and discovery agreement … is inappropriate for this situation.”
A federal judge agreed to the “end with us” star and approved the order Thursday.
Fox News Digital contacted both parties for additional comments.

In December, Fierce sexual harassment chargesin the first complaint to the California Civil Rights Department, later filed in federal court, retaliation, intentional emotional distress, negligence and more to Bardoni and film producer Jamie Heath.
Baldoni insisted in his own lawsuit filed in January that the lively “false” accused him of trying to repair her reputation in the aftermath of the film’s press conference after the actress controls the film. Bardoni’s legal team Claiming that Lively has no evidence of intentional smearing movements, instead repairing her reputation by accusing the actors and others of sexual harassment.
Both sides denied the allegations against them.

Lively and husband Ryan Reynolds must file a complaint against Baldoni by February 18. The couple also plans to file a motion to dismiss Baldoni’s $400 million lawsuit.
The deadline for Lively’s legal team to file a motion for dismissal is March 20.

Lively and Reynolds’ legal team also subpoenaed phone records from Baldoni and others involved in court showdowns to undermine the actress’ reputation.

Lively’s attorneys Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson told Fox News: “Ms Lively initiated the discovery that will reveal the people, strategies and methods that work to ‘destroy’ and ‘buy’ and ‘bury’ and ‘bury’ and ‘the people, strategies and methods that bury her reputation and family,” Lively’s attorney Mike Gottlieb and Esra Hudson told Fox News.
“Now, we will receive all the ‘receipts’, and no surprise, there is nowhere to be found on Mr. Friedman’s website, and like Ms. Lively, these ‘receipts’ will be one day in court. ”
Bryan Freedman, Bardoni’s lawyer, took “fishing adventure” as an example.
