Josh Duhamel Maybe 52 years old, but he is as young as ever.
“I have to say, the thing is, things may be better than ever,” Duhamel (Duhamel) US Weekly. “[I’ve got] Two healthy boys, brand new, 1 year old. [I’ve] There is an amazing 11 year old. [I’m] Married, working. You know, everything is fine. ”

What are you currently directing in London?
This is a movie called Preschool class. It’s a movie about these two fathers, who have preschoolers who are struggling to get into the last place of the top prestigious preschool classes, who sabotage and destroy each other. This is really fun. We are exploding. We just had a scene today [with] This group is called Wild and Crazy. It was a kid group all the rage, so we filmed this little inappropriate kids band and it just went off track. I can’t wait. It is [through] The most important thing. [They] Will determine what they are going to do. You know, we’ll see. Yes, we’re going to end the seventh day today [and] The eighth day begins tomorrow.
How do you describe Gatland’s health?
This is a male health, health, longevity company. We do all Hammond things [does]but also replaced the TRT. We will do GLP-1. We basically do all the other things they do, too. …There is so much shame around, so I think maybe we can take the stigma away from it and shine at it, and that really is what we mean, you know, improving the lives of men everywhere.
Why do you think people don’t want to talk about these issues?
I think hormone therapy is generally becoming more and more accepted, with less embarrassing. It is actually improving the lives of men and women. So, that’s the reason behind me, like, “There’s a chance here to get rid of stigma and make it something more widely accepted and talked about.”
When to go to the market?
We are running now. We are preparing to start a marketing campaign. … [It] It took us several years to get to this point, Dr. Robert Lufkin Join one of the most important longevity in the world. We just want to be one of the companies that people engage in health, wellness and longevity. ”
How about AXL? Does he like acting and singing?
These days, we have a huge imagination. No idea of becoming an actor. His singing is amazing, but he would rather play football. He wanted to be a professional footballer, from superhero and Spider-Man costumes to an overnight obsession with football.

Why are fans excited about your new show, “Ransend Canyon”?
I just saw the first episode last night and I was really satisfied. Beautiful shots. This is indeed a guide. I think this story will be something people really interact with, and I have the opportunity to ride a tribe and run a ranch, something I have never done on screen. But, you know, I live a similar life in Minnesota [in] cabin. I don’t have cows, horses or anything, but most of the time I’m driving a tractor.
As far as this character is concerned, I really contacted him [in] Many ways, because it’s all about his land, heritage, caring for the family, keeping things built by his family over the years. This is actually all the things I’m associated with [to]. I know it is based on this beloved series as well.
What are you watching on Netflix?
Honestly, not much, it’s mainly exercise. I don’t have a lot of time. I was mainly chasing that 1 year old. I haven’t watched a lot of TV. [I’m] In the middle of preparing for this movie [and] Now we are shooting it. This is almost what I’m doing right now.
Have you been watching kids like Shepherd’s “Bluey” perform?
He isn’t there yet. He was very interested. He started leaving about nine months earlier than we expected, so we did crash courses on family safety to make sure the place was child-driven. That’s one of the things we really need to focus on.
Which movie do you like the most?
Everyone is so different. I had a great time on the beach in North Carolina [while filming] haven. I exploded in Dominican shooting shotgun wedding. We’re shooting in Canada banditthat was one of the most difficult shots and one of the most meaningful shots. So each of them has their own strengths, weaknesses, hardships and triumphs and everything you go through in one set of scenarios. …Each job is like a different new adventure. It’s like you’ve met a bunch of new people in the world. All of you are doing the same thing. You set it to, and do it, and everyone goes away and go somewhere else. And they are always different from position, story or actor, or a million different variables that can make it amazing or very difficult.

That’s why you are in Minnesota when you’re not filming and directing?
Yes. I found that we were spending more and more time in the North Dakota cabin. I love Los Angeles, but I also love being in the woods, staying away from it all. The older I am, the more I like it. I don’t know it’s because it’s a simpler way of life. …When we first started building this place, [there] There was no running water, and one of the cabins had no electricity. We wash dishes in the lake. Over time, we shape it and turn it into what we want. And now, it has become a place for us to be happy. [It’s] We’d rather compare [anywhere].
Part of it is because I was able to build it, and also because I was always busy in Los Angeles. …Simplicity [it] It’s what makes me love it so much because I’m never bored. I get up and work all day until my childhood, somehow seeing it through my kids [eyes]. But, for me, it has become the place I escape every time I enter something.
What other items do you queue up?
There is a movie called Call in London I did Allen [Ungar]. I got another one called Leave the gridthe other one is called Neglected. There are a lot of things going on. …Honestly, I need a vacation.
Do you take Gatland every day?
[It’s] One of the things you want to do once a week depends on what you are doing and what your doctor describes. So, for me, this is one time.We have great doctors. Dr. Lufkin is indeed one of the most important life expectancy doctors in the world. He is [written] A few books about it, books about it everywhere, and he taught me a lot about it. And I’m very fascinated by it because, like I said, I want to be able to keep it as long as possible, not only at work and otherwise, but for the kids and my wife. I think a lot of people feel this way. I want to be the one who makes you good.
