Jon Stewart says media cried at Trump’s “fascist” attack

“Daily Performance” host Jon Stewart’s ongoing “fascist” attack on the media on the press against President Donald Trump and said they had “numbed” the country.

In an aerial clip shared by the show on X, viewers asked Stewart what he said to critics who accused him of “recent information about fascism.”

“Oh, well, I’ll tell my critics – shut up! You’re a fascist!” Stewart replied jokingly.

Stewart told the audience that he appreciated the issue and understood the “wish” of calling Trump a “fascist,” but went on to explain why he himself avoided the rhetoric.

“I’m very big – I know it’s annoying, but special and nuance,” Stewart said. “And, I think if you cry ‘fascism’ in every kind of administration, even someone who’s OK in constitutional terms , you will also find yourself standing out from the bullets of fascism.”

“I think what the media has done in the last decade is the weeping wolf, so numbing them,” he continued. “It’s an anesthetic, and it’s the end of it – what are they litigation throughout the campaign?’ He is Fascist, he’s a terrible man, democracy is voting. “Guess what’s lost [ballot box]? If you tell us that democracy is voting, democracy will kick out the butt with a majority vote. ”

“So I’m about when I know, like yes – hopefully I won’t do that the night after Christal Nacht…but it’s like when you put the dog down. It’s one of them, Like, you’re not sure, but I do know how annoying it is.” Stewart added.

Stewart is not the only one who questioned the left’s use of the “fascist” tag. “Breakfast Club” co-host Charlamagne tha God called on Democrats to suddenly change the presidential election.

“Since you guys win, are they not calling him a democratic threat? They are not calling him a fascist,” Charlamagne said in November.

“I think if you really believe it, then someone’s speech will be about how America is effecting and how things are going to really be bad. How much of it is just politics,” he added.
