Jet2 announces new route to Greek island complete with ‘golden’ beaches and ‘glittering’ waters
Jet2.com and Jet2holidays have announced the launch of flights and holidays to the Samos for Summer 2026, marking the airline’s 15th airport destination in Greece.
The exclusive routes will operate from Manchester Airport, with up to two weekly flights between May 5, 2025, and October 30, 2026.
London Stansted Airport will also offer up to two weekly services from May 7, 2025, to October 29, 2026.
The flexible dates will allow holidaymakers seeking Greek sunshine to jet off in early, peak or late summer. Alternatively, its October options facilitate escapes from the UK during the chilly autumn.

Jet2holidays has also launched over 30 hotels across six resorts in Samos, including Samos Town, Kampos, Kokkari, Pythagorion, Karlovasi and Balos.
Samos, a Greek island that lies just off Turkey’s coast, is known for its “golden-grained beaches” and its “lush green hill”, Jet2 told holidaymakers.
Visitors can relax by the “glittering” Aegean Sea, explore ancient ruins or enjoy local cuisine at traditional tavernas.
The island offers a relaxed atmosphere with “stunning sunsets” and excellent public transport links between resorts.
Customers can choose between flight-only bookings with Jet2.com or ATOL-protected package holidays with Jet2holidays.
The package holidays include VIP customer service, return transfers, a 22kg baggage allowance and friendly flight times.
Samos is the latest in the 24-strong lineup of Greek holiday destinations offered by Jet2, including Athens, Corfu, Chania, Heraklion, Kefalonia, Thessaloniki, Kos, Kalamata, Lesbos, Preveza, Rhodes, Skiathos, Santorini and Zante.
The CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, Steve Heapy, commented on the introduction of Samos to its Greek line-up.
