Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Cheers from competing athletes were found at the opening ceremony of the Invictus game in 2025.
Harry, 40, and Meghan, 42, were filmed at the opening ceremony of the 2025 game, which began Saturday, February 8 and was held at Place Stadium, B.C. in Vancouver. The opening ceremony features Katy Perry, Noah Kahan, Nelly Furtado and Roxane Bruneau.
The Duke of Sussex will open on Sundays, February 8 to 16 February, and will host this year’s competitions in Vancouver, Canada and Whistler, Canada. However, the closing ceremony will include Jelly RollMs. Barenaked, as well as the war and treaties, will be held in Rogers Arena, Vancouver.

“We are very happy to be able to work with him to achieve [ceremonies]. We kept posting information to him about the shortlist and what we were talking about. He has already invested in it,” McVick said.

As for the opening ceremony, Meghan started the 2025 Invictus game on Saturday, impromptu speech, and she praised her husband for her dedication to the event.
“He will cheer you up on a wheelchair basketball, he will land along the path – something I will never do,” she said in her speech. “My husband may do it [it] Three times, because he wants to do it with you, he is with you. You’ll see him at all these moments. He will be with you. You won’t see all the moments happening in these games. ”
She added: “I need you to know what this means to him and what each of you means to him. It’s a complete honor to introduce my husband to me. [and] Our very sweet, excited kid’s father cheers you up from California. ”
