“46. No makeup, no filters. (One of my good friends hates filters, so this is for you ❤️) It’s a hard start. I don’t feel much about myself. But, I I think maybe it’s all about bringing me closer to my intentions,” she wrote in the title.

“In this feeling of loss and loss, I found a strange calm, and letting go is not easy for me,” she wrote. “I know the greatest child and husband I have ever had. I The brother’s hug healed me. I have mom with me every day. My friends make me want to be a better person every day.”
She continued: “I have everything I really need, except for the happy moments, everything I really need, continue with the career I love, more time with friends, delicious food and feel this year brings With clarity and hope to return a little magic.”
Hewitt went on to point out that society inevitably becomes harsh on women’s appearance as they age, but refutes this by explaining the benefits of aging that she also witnesses.
“I have experienced and seen how the world feels cruel to women as women age, but see women I admire become happier, sexy and stronger,” she wrote. “I’m so grateful for this life. I love all the people who choose to do this around me and I’m ready to give the younger me and older me today because they’re my riding or death. Send love to everyone , and then cheered to 46! ❤️”
Hewitt is not the first time Hewitt has glorified the screen since the 1990s, but her candid thoughts about Hollywood aging and unrealistic expectations of women.
“I feel like fans chose the era they think represents you, and you will never go beyond that age,” Hewitt told Fox New Digital in December 2024. “To me, it’s like me and my 20s. It seems hard for people to accept that I don’t see that anymore.”
She added: “Age is age. I think women are really accepted by themselves as such beautiful people, and it’s beautiful.”
