Hairstylist says Skip Bayless offered $1.5 million for sex: report

In a lawsuit filed Friday, Jan. 3, in Los Angeles, by front desk sports, Nussin Faraj — who was a Fox Sports employee from 2012 to August 2024 — said the behavior began when she started working for FS1 Undisputedco-hosted by Bayless Shannon Sharpe From 2016 to August 2024.
Bayless allegedly offered the money to Farage in an attempt to stop Farage after he told him he had ovarian cancer. In response, Bayless said he could “change” her life.
“The more you say no, the more I want you,” Bayless told Farage, the lawsuit states.
during her tenure UndisputedFarage claimed Bayless would give her “lingering hugs and kisses on the cheek while leaning into her and pressing against her breasts.”
Farage, a single mother, claimed she repeatedly told Bayless she wasn’t interested and wasn’t “dating at work.”
Additionally, Farage claims Bayless made offensive remarks about her background when she tried to stop him.
“Mr. Bayless made repeated overtures to Ms. Farage,” the suit alleges. “Ms.” Farage responded: “Skip, stop, you have a wife.” Mr. Bayless responded: “Aren’t you a Muslim?” Didn’t your dad have three or four wives? Ms Farage responded that her father had died and when Mr Bayless looked surprised she excused herself and left. (Bayless has been married to Ernestine Sclafani since 2016.)
According to the lawsuit, Farage complained to human resources and employee relations multiple times while working at Fox.

US Weekly Bayless’ attorney and representatives were contacted for comment.
Undisputed was canceled in August 2024, but the announcement made no mention of Bayless’ inappropriate conduct. Farage said she was fired from Fox Sports shortly after the show was canceled.
At the time, Bayless said he had “been planning to pursue other opportunities for months. I’ve had eight great years at Fox with a lot of great people, but now I’m excited about what’s to come. Stay tuned.”
“Although Ms. Farage was an accomplished hairstylist and was constantly in demand, her abilities were narrowed to the point where she could appease Mr. Bayless, and once Mr. Bayless left, her job was disappear.
The lawsuit also alleges that Bayless accused Farage of having a sexual relationship with Bayless’s ex, Sharp, 56. Undisputed Co-host.
Farage claimed that Bayless apologized for the accusation against Sharp in 2023, admitting that it was untrue.
Sharp himself responded to the lawsuit on his “Nightcap” podcast on Sunday, January 5.
“This has nothing to do with me,” Sharp said. “That’s not the case. What do you want me to say? That has nothing to do with me. So, there’s nothing to resolve.
