Biden vetoes repeal of bill to increase number of federal trial court judges
President Biden on Monday vetoed a bill that would have added 66 federal district judgeships over more than a decade, a once bipartisan effort that would have given no one party the upper hand in shaping federal district judges. None have advantages. federal judiciary.
