Thanks. Good afternoon, welcome to FMC Corporation’s fourth quarter income phone call. I joined me today is Pierre Brondeau, chairman and CEO; Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Andrew Sandifer; and president Ronaldo Pereira.
