Father Boyle’s “Weapons of God” Service with JD Vance’s “Ordo Amoris”

To the editor: Over the past 30 years, I have seen many miracle stories when the mentor’s elder brother or sister stretched out “open arms” and as Father Gregory Boyle said in his column to help A child in a marginalized community. Young people who grew up in dysfunctional environments can still succeed through the friendship and guidance of loyal friends who choose to be “the weapon of God.” (“The Problem of JD Vance’s Massive Exit Theology”, Opinions, February 17)

Even depriving a better life in our community will hurt us all. The research I have done in the organization shows that when we help each other, the community gets it in the form of higher tax revenues and reduces crime.

Vice President JD Vance’s quote to St. Thomas Aquinas to prove that the Trump administration’s treatment of immigrant communities is not far enough. Even Aquinas said in his dead bed, “I’m just writing straws right now.”

To the editor: Thank you Father Boyle, the struggle to respect my Christian neighbors has reinspired my Christian neighbors who voted for leaders through a mean split policy.

Vance claims to be abiding by theological hierarchies to achieve who stages, which does not help my struggle. His reference to St. Augustine only convinced me that the people I worship with are endangered minorities in the religion that always finds ways to corrupt the teachings of Jesus.

I may not fall asleep as easily as those who use faith to prove their human limitations. But thanks to Father Boyle, I remembered that I had a good company in my insomnia.

To the editor: Finally, the voice of a loving witness comes from the wilderness!

Almost consumed by the fire, we listened to Father Boyle’s guidance on our love life that was most vulnerable and feared of us.

Contact the immigrants who fill the detention centers again and reach out to the responsible administrators as they lend a hand to the hopelessness of doing things across the United States and around the world. We must look at each other to reimagine life, embracing God’s complete love by Father Boyle’s fellow citizens.

This may be the case. Amen.
