Following its initial offering in New York and California, Shake Shack‘s Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce are now set to launch nationwide.
Crafted in partnership with Regalis Foods, the limited-edition menu items are made with USDA Organic Black Truffle Arbequina Oil, one of the only truly natural truffle products on the market, from the truffle, luxury and exotic food purveyor. Utilizing the oil, flavored organically with real truffles, the burger and fry elevations serve as luxe spins on the classic menu items.
The Black Truffle Burger is a gruyere cheeseburger accented with real black truffle sauce and crispy shallots, served on a toasted potato bun. While the Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce sees crispy crinkle cuts loaded with garlic parmesan cheese, accompanied by black truffle sauce on the side.
Priced at $8.79 and $4.79 USD, the Black Truffle Burger and Parmesan Garlic Fries with Black Truffle Sauce will be available at Shake Shack locations nationwide October 15 until January 10, while Shack App users now have early access to the limited-edition menu items now.
