Russell Westbrook's Jordan Why Not .6 "Bright Crimson" Is Unveiled

Big things are in the pipeline for Jordan Brand this year in terms of its hoops roster as its slated to add Jayson Tatum to its signature athlete line while its existing members will be unleashing their latest models. In relation to the latter, one of the pro hoopers that is set to expand his silhouette catalog is Russell Westbrook as official images of his Jordan Why Not .6 “Bright Crimson” have emerged.

The Los Angeles Lakers point guard steers away from the mid-cut height seen on his Jordan Why Not .5 and instead elects to chop his newest offering to a low-slung height. Uppers have been materialized with a ripstop shroud that starts on the medial panel and zips up toward the tongues. If you peek closer at the open parts of the zipper that rest around the ankle, you’ll notice that they feature repetitive “Why Not” letters to nod to the triple-double machine’s motto. In terms of branding, Jordan logos are positioned on the lateral heel and tongues while the LA native’s personal logo arrives in a smaller, embroidered fashion on the forefoot and in perforated mesh on the medial wall.

Jordan Brand retailers are expected to drop these likely in the coming months.

In case you missed it, official mages of the Air Jordan 2 Low “Cherrywood” have surfaced.
