Diddy Accuser claims he said threatening words before the assault: Report

A woman blames Sean’Diddy’ comb He claimed he cursed her and said threats to her before the alleged attack, according to court documents.
The unnamed woman filed a claim, which detailed her version of the incident in Los Angeles in a complaint filed by the New York Supreme Court people Thursday, February 13.
According to the complaint, the woman claimed that she rejected the drink proposal for a positive response only for the rapper to respond positively after 55-year-old Combs approached his entourage at the Los Angeles club.

According to the complaint, the woman felt oppressed to drink, and the comb allegedly placed his arm around her and then “pushed his left hand onto her skirt and forced her through her fingers while telling the plaintiff, I’m really a bit, I do want to take this s-. ”
The complaint also claimed that the comb laughed at her attempt to reject his attempt and was “funny by suffering.”

Combs’ plaintiff also claimed in legal documents that she felt “dizzy, mindless, unable to stand” after returning to the hotel via a taxi and found something like tearing and bruising in her genital area the next morning. Injury, “probably caused by the attack.” (Combs was not accused of drinking in the complaint.)

Combs faces more than two dozen lawsuits and has been arrested since September 2024 on suspicion of sexual trafficking, blackmail, conspiracy and traffic for prostitution. A 14-page indictment claims Didi has been “women and others who have been abused, threatened and coerced” for decades. (The rapper denied all charges against him through his legal team.)
