Democrats don’t complain. They are fighting for Trump’s “bond” villain in court

Democrats are fighting Trump and his “bonded” villain

February 8: Dennis Coyne’s letter about the church is succumbing and clueless. It betrays the United States’ total inability to understand the basic framework of the constitutional government.

Article 1 of the U.S. Constitution grants Congress, not the president, to the power to make laws and establish federal institutions. Congress determines the budget and funds that can be withdrawn from the Treasury Department.

Article 2 is granted to the administrative department, led by the President, and authorized to enforce the law. The means of implementation take effect.

The president has no right to unilaterally withhold funds or junk institutions established by Congress. He will comply with laws enacted by Congress, including budgets.

Democrats certainly do more than just complain.

letter: The Democrats act like my sophomore. Doge is about to go to school.

Democrats and others who respect the Constitution are filing lawsuits to prevent blatant illegal actions by Trump and his deputy, Elon Musk.

Because Trump’s actions are seriously unconstitutional, he will lose many cases (if not most) even in the current U.S. Supreme Court.

But before we get there, he will spend a lot of taxpayers’ money to defend his illegal actions. Anyone who cares about controlling spending should focus on the cost of Trump’s giant self.
