Dayton Children’s Hospital acquires 2 primary care sites
Dayton Children’s Hospital acquires two primary care facilities in Miami Valley.

Dayton Children’s Hospital has acquired Cornerstone Pediatrics and Shelby Pediatrics, a spokesman announced Thursday.

Cornerstone Pediatrics is a primary care office located on the South Campus of Dayton Children’s Hospital in Springboro. Shelby Pediatrics is a primary care clinic in Sydney.
Physicians, nurses and staff at both clinics will be Dayton Children’s Hospital employees, but care will still be provided under the Cornerstone and Shelby Pediatric names.
The goal of the acquisition is to “deliver a more seamless experience through increased collaboration and better continuity of care for children.”
Deborah Feldman, president and CEO of Dayton Children’s Hospital, said: “We know we need to reinvent the path to children’s health to achieve the best outcomes, and that’s what we can do to help. Another step forward on every child’s path to optimal health.
