Anna Marie’s posts included the action of Cooper, 31, and a news alert was made on the Rams that announced the team’s decision to give up the receiver for next season. Anna Marie talks about how Cooper has the ability to inspire those around her.
“You are that man, the leader you embody, the brother on and off the field,” she continued. “You stick to your standards and bring others into your pursuit. People want to be better because of who you are and how you do business.”
She added that Cooper had “joy and passion” for the sport, which was “contagious”. Although Cooper’s next steps are not yet determined, Anna Marie is confident in his next free agent decision.
“I’m very excited about the impact that will be made in the next few years. Waiting for your relationship. She’s going to continue tearing her opponent apart,” she concluded. “On the moon, my king.”
On Wednesday, the Rams announced they were separating from Cooper, who is the 2021 Super Bowl MVP after eight seasons. Last year, the team tried to trade him, but failed. After the news, Cooper shared a touching tribute on the Rams and thanked the fans for welcoming him with open arms.
“Eight years of incredible memories,” Cooper wrote via Instagram along with his career highlights. “We often talk about the Rams coming back to Los Angeles and how we will grow into something special here. I was frustrated early on by buying from the people of Los Angeles.”
Cooper continued: “But we know that at the end of the day, it’s about providing moments. Sharing experiences. Things parents and their children will always talk about and remember forever.”
The footballer noted that while his chapter ending with the Rams was “so difficult”, he wouldn’t trade memories for the world.
“This is the end of what we love to build with you. Thank you for your shared moment. Thank you for the welcome to Los Angeles for my family with open arms and letting us grow here,” he said. “The next chapter begins now. The best thing is that it has not yet arrived.”
Anna Marie has been with Cooper throughout her career. The couple started dating in high school and ended in June 2015. They shared three sons: Cooper Jameson, 6, 4, and Solas, and 21 months old.
