Nicola Peltz, 27, revealed a new insight into her high-profile marriage to David and Victoria Beckham’s eldest son, Brooklyn, 23. The couple tied the knot back in April in a lavish ceremony that took place in Nicola’s magnificent family home, a mansion in Palm Beach, Florida.

The billionaire heiress admitted the pair had jealous tendencies at the start of their relationship – adding she finds Brooklyn’s protectiveness “sexy”.

Explaining how their dynamic changed since getting married, Nicola said: “I think we both feel more confident in our relationship.

“Like, you know, if a guy would come up before we were married, it was a bigger deal.”

Asked if Brooklyn gets jealous, Nicola replied in an interview with The Times: “Definitely,” before admitting, “We both are.”

However, the model and actress went on to highlight that she finds it “sexy” when her husband is protective of her.

The confession comes after Victoria Beckham set the record straight on rumours of a feud with her daughter-in-law.

Victoria sparked concerns of a reported family “feud” after video footage showed her deep in conversation with her son Brooklyn while Nicola turned her back to her to have a conversation with someone else, during Paris Fashion Week.

It comes as Nicola also denied having a  “family feud” as she insisted, “no family is perfect”.

Fans observed how Brooklyn clung to the waistband of his wife’s jeans while she stood with her back to him and Victoria during their conversation.

She had opted to chat with his brother Cruz’s girlfriend Tana Holding.

Then a photo was published by fashion icon Victoria last month, which seemed to cause further confusion.

Despite Brooklyn and Nicola having been pictured at her fashion show, they were notably absent in a photo of the family which she later uploaded to Instagram.

It included all of her other children – Cruz, Romeo and Harper – together with herself and her husband David – and she affectionately wrote “kisses” on the picture.

However, Victoria shared a new photo which this time included the missing pair, and captioned the post: “I love you all so much.”

Nicola and Brooklyn said “I do” to one another earlier this year in view of a star-studded guest list including Gordon Ramsay, Eva Longoria, Mel C and tennis legend Serena Williams.

They married beneath a flower-garlanded chuppah in celebration of Nicola’s Jewish heritage.

Not all of the Spice Girls were present, and Emma Bunton cancelled her attendance via Instagram with just hours to go before the big day.

Brooklyn was flanked by six groomsmen, while Nicola was assisted by six maids of honour.
