Gemma Atkinson issues ‘F bomb’ warning to Strictly’s Gorka before giving birth

“I’m very excited. I’m just not looking forward to [the] birth day because I know I have to be by her side.

“So probably I will lose a hand and she will tell me the ‘F word’ a few times.”

He also joked that he will have a helmet to hand because the baby would “throw a punch”.

Gemma replied in the comments: “All the F bombs coming your way again in labour Gorks” with a cry-laughing emoji.

The Hollyoaks star was all smiles as Mike Toolan took the lead in asking questions as the star recently announced her final show ahead of the baby’s arrival.

She also posted about her departure with several funny videos of her last recording with Mike and producer Matt.

Mike could be seen begging the star not to go before reacting to a life-size cut-out that Gemma shared as a goodbye gift.

He joked that “it just makes the pain even more real”.

The dancing couple announced in January that they were welcoming baby number two.

Having met in 2017 on Strictly Come Dancing, the two already share Mia, three, born in July 2019.

Bury-born Gemma revealed that she would be spending time in her Greater Manchester home, with her partner set to join her after he finishes the Strictly Professionals UK tour.

Earlier this week, the mother-of-one received great news that her show had 1.5 million weekly listeners.

The Emmerdale actress thanked fans via Twitter: “Wow! Thank you so much!

“To all of our listeners who keep us company 4 to 7pm weekdays and especially to producer @matt_foister for polishing our turds daily on this show.”

She added: “Very much appreciated! @Toolyboy.”

To mark goodbye to her final show, the mother-of-one shared a clip from the Hangover film where Ken Jeong’s character rolls up the window and drives away.

She wrote: “Final show done. Officially on maternity leave!

“And that’s how I’ve just left producer Matt and @miketoolan in the studio car park,” alongside a crying laughing emoji.”

Gemma confirmed that her leave was not permanent and that she would return “with the gang in the new year, but until then, enjoy!”
