Denise Van Outen has revealed she's managed to avoid having an operation after her horrific Dancing On Ice accident.
The 46 year old was rushed to hospital on 17 January after falling and partially dislocating her shoulder while also sustaining three bone fractures.
The injury left her in "excruciating pain" and the recovery process meant she had to do physiotherapy exercises in between wearing a sling for support.
Appearing on ITV's This Morning on Friday, the blonde beauty has spoken out on how she's healing as host Alison Hammond, 46, said: "Denise I've got to ask about your health, I mean obviously we all know about your shoulder being injured on Dancing On Ice.

"How are you? How's the recovery going?"
Appearing positive about it all, Denise replied: "Do you know what? I'm actually not doing too badly. I've had sort of seven weeks of physio and they've really looked after me at ITV, I've got to be honest, with the physio and everything."
She went on to explain that she's narrowly escaped having surgery on her shoulder by following doctor's orders as she added: "I'm doing my exercises every day, being a good girl. I've managed to escape having to have an op, which is great news.
"So now it's just doing the physio and keeping myself moving."

Denise was forced to pull out of the popular skating competition as a result of her injuries, which she was "gutted" about.

At the time, she said in a statement: Denise said: “I’ve taken a few tumbles since we started training but with this one I knew immediately it wasn’t good.
“I was rehearsing with Matt, hit my toe pick and went flying. Straightaway I knew I’d done something. I just thought, ‘Please don’t let it be a break.’ The on-site medics and physio checked me over immediately and my shoulder was quickly iced.”
Denise previously spoke out about her injuries on Loose Women on 8 February as she explained: "I have been wearing a sling, but I’ve been advised at home to not keep it on all the time as you can get frozen shoulder.

Denise van Outen reveals the last time she was star-struck and why the valuable advice her friend gave her has stuck
"I partially dislocated it, after the rehearsal I spent 15 hours with my shoulder being dislocated, as we didn’t really want to bother the NHS knowing that they’re so overstretched.
"It wasn’t until the pain was so unbearable that I went in to see them. They put my shoulder back in, but it popped out again.”
She continued: “I skated on it again in the most excruciating pain, I cannot tell you, and then after that had an MRI and it was fractured in three parts. So I’ve got three fractures and a dislocation.”
