Can you arrange the ball when replacing it from the green?

What do you say about the rules of queuing when replacing balls from the green?

Golf rules are tricky! Thankfully, we have masters. Our Rules guys know this book from beginning to end. Is there any problem? He has all the answers.
Player A and Player B are both close but not on the putter surface. B is further away from the hole, but A’s ball is on his preferred path. B asked A to mark his ball. I know a person can’t clean his ball, but can he replace it with the aim line he wants to align or must he put it down like never before? – Scott Puklich, Eden Prairie, Minnesota
Golf rules can be confusing.
You’re right, Scott, the ball cannot be cleaned. The replacement rule does not require replacing the ball in the same direction, so using the realignment of that line would be OK.
However, the “spot” also includes the vertical position of the ball relative to the ground, which can be a problem if there is mud on the ball – unless you are already marking it, you can’t essentially hold a ball of mud on the ball onto the mud unless it’s already marked like this.

Cruel, he has it. Replacing the planet is appropriate etiquette, but doing so in this case is breaking one of the most basic rules of golf, namely, playing classes during the process you discover.
Rule 8.1a prohibits any conditions that affect stroke (here is the area of the expected posture) by improving certain movements, one of which is to change the ground by replacing the or bone in the ion hole.
He got our sympathy, and the general punishment for two strokes in the game and two strokes in the game.
