Caitlin Clark sits in suite at Chiefs game with Taylor Swift after past invitation

Kaitlynn Clark finally accepted Taylor Swift’s invitation to attend a Kansas City Chiefs game.

Clark was seen wearing the same house as Swift at Arrowhead Stadium during the Chiefs’ divisional playoff game against the Houston Texans on Saturday.

This is the first time Clark and Swift have appeared at a game together, after Clark claimed she was invited by Swift to compete in a game earlier this season.

Clark, a lifelong Chiefs fan, said in an interview with TIME Magazine’s Athlete of the Year that Swift was in awe when Clark traveled to Indianapolis’ Lucas Oil Stadium to watch Swift on her Eras tour in early November. and Travis Kelce extended an invitation to Clark.

Clark also recently appeared alongside Swift on the cover of Time magazine’s late October “Inspiring Women” issue. Clark and Swift are the only two figures in the top row, with Clark the highest-ranked athlete, above veteran athletic icons Serena Williams and Megan Rapinoe.

The reappearance of social media posts Clark made while in college also brought her fan base together.

Many Swift fans declared themselves Clark fans in response to Reese’s interview. Clark and Reese have one of the fiercest rivalries in women’s sports right now, as their respective fan bases have been bitterly against each other for more than a year.

Clark also related to Swift’s political beliefs.

However, when asked if he liked Swift’s endorsement of Harris, Clark himself did not endorse a specific candidate. Instead, Clark responded with a message about telling people the importance of voting.

“I think, for myself, I have this amazing platform,” she told reporters at a Sept. 11 Indiana Fever press conference. . I think this is my second time voting in an election and it’s the most important thing I can do with the platform I have – just like Taylor did.
