Four-man murder suspect Bryan Kohberber’s defense team raised two DNA samples from unidentified men at King Road Home, accused of killing the University of Idaho four undergraduate students, which are part of their efforts to arrest warrants.

Kylee Goncavles, 21, 21, Xana kernodle, 20 and 20. They come from different topics.

Defense attorney Anne Taylor sued Aida County Judge Steven Hippler at a hearing last month, and defense attorney Anne Taylor told Aida last month County Judge Steven Hippler, which could mean Kohberger, 30, has nothing to do with the crime.

“It’s an interesting message,” Boise-based defense attorney Edwina Elcox told Fox News Digital. “I think the defense is trying to raise this question and mess up the waters with it.”

But during the pretrial phase, the judge seemed to disbelief that the existence of the other two DNA samples would be a possible reason for abandoning Kochberg’s arrest. The detective made another annoying discovery – the Ka-bar scabbard under Morgan’s body.

“His DNA is still on the scabbard,” Shippler told Taylor in court. “That’s the problem, lawyer.”

Taylor argued that the detectives misled Lata County Magistrate Megan Marshall by missing details about other blood. The hippie went home, and the connection between the suspect and the DNA found under Morgan’s body.

“Even if disclosed, how does this rule out the discovery of possible causes when there is a DNA match between the DNA on the sheath and Mr. Kohberger?” asked the hippie. “Isn’t this a possible reason every day, twice on Sunday?”

Taylor believes: “It’s not in this case.” In the pretrial motion, she failed to successfully attack the FBI’s work on investigating genetic genealogy, which caused lead to police travel to Koberg. She plans to further analyze the investigation method in the experiment.

“What does scabbard mean in a scene?” Taylor hypothesized. “This will be the ultimate issue.”

Bryan Kohberger hopes to evade death penalty with pages from the script by “cult mom” Lori Vallow

“If you’re killed by a knife, that could mean a lot.” “The possible reason is not evidence beyond the standard of reasonable doubt. It’s the reason that might think this person might have done it. And I’m not sure about it in Direct DNA found on or near a victim to a direct connection to a victim “ has since closed anything about the possible cause.”

But the sample may raise reasonable suspicion before the trial of the jury.

“Of course, they’ll try it, but where are the other male blood samples on the scene? What’s the weight of DNA?” said Linda Kenney Baden, an outstanding defense attorney in New York, whose clients include Casey Casey Anthony and Aaron Hernandez. “All of this is a jury issue, but it does not rule out the sheath DNA that will be used for the search warrant at the same time.”

The location of these samples is important, she said. One is found on the inside armrest and the other is on the outdoor gloves.

“Now, if the same unknown DNA is in the bedroom and on the victim, then this will become even more important, but not for possible reasons for the search warrant,” she said.

Taylor might argue that unknown blood comes from one or more killers-not related to the client.

He told Fox News that “defense lawyers will smash this theory.” “This is the subject of reasonable doubt they are going to use. This could actually be a powerful part of the defense.”

After the hearing, Shippler said he has not yet decided whether the defense will accept the Franks hearing, which will allow Koberg’s team to attack the arrest warrant in court.

Kohberger is scheduled to hold a trial later this year. Latah County John Judge has no charges for representing the suspect in a May 2023 declaration before his defense successfully fought for a change of location.

Koberg can face it death penalty If convicted.
