Brazil collects coup from former president Jair Bolsonaro

Brazil’s former leader Jair Bolsonaro has been formally accused of leading a coup aimed at losing Luz Inasio Lula Lula da Silva in the 2022 election ( Luiz Inácio Lulalula Da Silva) after, to remain in power.
The tough politicians have been accused by the country’s attorney general of leading “crime groups” to subvert democracy in Latin America’s most populous country.
Prosecutors said 33 other participants in the plot, including Bolsonaro’s vice presidential candidate Walter Braga Netto and nearly twenty fights retired or serve senior military personnel.
Prosecutors said part of the plot includes plans to assassinate Lula to prevent him from taking office.
The Brazilian Supreme Court must now consider the allegations and decide whether to conduct a trial. If convicted, Bolsonaro, an ally of U.S. President Donald Trump, could face a lengthy prison sentence.
Bolsonaro is the darling of Brazilian conservatives and is not eligible to run for office until 2030 due to attacks on the country’s electoral system.
He also faces two other court cases for allegedly forged a common vaccine certificate and sold it to him as head of state.
In the filings filed with the Supreme Court, Attorney General Paulo Gonet has elected 2022.”
They are based on a detailed federal police report last November.
Bolsonaro did not respond immediately, and he had previously portrayed himself as a victim of politically motivated persecution.
The former president has tried to assemble conservatives in Congress in recent days to pass an amnesty law through alleged coup planners, but the evolving pace of prosecution seems to surprise him.
