How to watch the 2025 PGA Tour Sentinel: ESPN+ schedule

The 2025 PGA Tour season kicks off this week at the Sentinel Course at Kapalua Plantation Course in Maui, Hawaii. The total prize pool for this year’s first signature event is $20 million, with the winner receiving $3.6 million. The 60 players include the 2024 PGA Tour champion and the top 50 players in last season’s FedEx Cup standings. Chris Kirk won the Sentry Trophy last season with rounds of 67-65-66-65 and finished at 29 under.

Scottie Scheffler, who recently became the first golfer since Tiger Woods (2005-07) to win PGA Tour Player of the Year three consecutive years, suffered a shattered palm on his right hand Scheffler will not play after suffering a glass stabbing on Christmas Day, according to manager Blake Smith. Scheffler’s next scheduled race is the American Express in La Quinta, Calif., Jan. 16-19.
