Birmingham mayor slams Trump’s DEI order, warns of ‘Alabamaization’ of America
Birmingham Mayor Randall L. Woodfin criticized President Donald Trump’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) executive order on Thursday, suggesting Americans are now seeing an “alaba” from the U.S. federal government. Ma Hua”.
During an appearance on “CNN This Morning,” Woodfin claimed that white women and veterans benefit the most from DEI policies, not just Black Americans and other minority groups.

The mayor of Birmingham also disagrees with critics who claim the DEI program goes too far in some areas.
“Look, we’ve made these words diverse, we’ve made these words fair, we’ve made these words inclusive, like everyone else, bad words. Inclusivity is not a bad thing. Nothing is ‘going to ‘Such a thing.
