As more workers start looking for jobs, artificial intelligence is influencing hiring decisions

As organizations deepen their use of artificial intelligence tools, HR managers have largely embraced the technology, but they remain cautious in how they proceed.
A recent MyPerfectResume survey found that 64% of HR managers use artificial intelligence to complete some tasks. However, some believe these tools undermine the quality of candidates in recruiting, citing overreliance on algorithms, a lack of human touch, and bias in AI systems.

The report, which surveyed 500 human resources managers, found that they use artificial intelligence to perform tasks such as writing job descriptions and advertisements, performing recruitment tasks and candidate screening, and automating resume analysis.
