Elon Musk and Secretary of State Marco Rubio reportedly slammed the head at a Trump cabinet meeting last week, and “The View” host Ana Navarro has the theory that Rubio himself may have made reporters account for the fact.
To start the hot topic of the day, the ABC host first discussed Musk’s current position in Trump’s second administration, with host Alyssa Farah Griffin noting that she has always believed that Trump-Musk’s relationship will suffer the same fate as SpaceX Rocket.
But the hosts focused mainly on recent reports that Musk was in conflict with Trump’s cabinet members, namely Rubio. And, after Navarro saw the former senator at Lincoln Díaz-Balart’s funeral on the weekend in Miami, who praised him for attending his participation, the owner was very convinced that the leak came from Rubio’s camp.
“I actually have this theory, and I actually think that Marco and his team may have leaked the story,” Navarro said. “Because I think it’s so difficult to be Secretary of State under Trump. What’s going on is something Marco advocates throughout his career.”
Navarro specifically cites the abandonment of Ukraine, Trump’s handling of tensions in Venezuela, and more about Rubio’s forced acceptance.
