Putin’s apology for plane crash ‘admission’ but ‘best apology you can get’: CIA official

In a shocking move this morning, Russian President Vladimir Putin apologized to the presidents of Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan over the horrific plane crash in Russian airspace.
