Alexander brothers face more lawsuits accusing them of sexual assault

Eleven women filed lawsuits against one or more of the Alexander Brothers.
Tal Alexander and his brothers, Oren Alexander and Alon Alexander of the twins, are now facing at least 17 lawsuits from women who say they have been slapped by one or more Some have been sexually assaulted and in some cases, they have been drugged. The latest lawsuit filed in New York on Tuesday includes attacks in Miami, Manhattan and even Moscow.
The women’s claims are now part of an increasing number of sexual assault charges against brothers arrested in Miami Beach in December on federal sex trafficking charges. They are currently in prison in New York and are scheduled to be tried early next year.
None of these three people pleaded guilty.
Oren Alexander’s attorneys Jenny Wilson and Richard Klugh said in an emailed statement that their client “never raped anyone,” he said. Never taken drugs from anyone.”
“These belated allegations should be the last sum of money that is prohibited by state law because of their nature. Oren will establish the innocence of his consistent attacks driven by financial goals in each case,” they said .
Attorneys for Tal Alexander and Alon Alexander did not immediately respond to requests for comment on Tuesday’s legal application.
The lawsuits and criminal charges have led the luxury real estate industry to once crowned Tal Alexander, 38, and Oren Alexander, 37, one of the country’s most prominent real estate agents. The line between their work and social life is often blurred as they brand their jet-style lifestyle to sell themselves as agents. Alon Alexander, 37, runs the family’s security business and does not work in real estate on the Social Tour and on them.
Their legal troubles began in the fall of 2023, when two women began filing lawsuits against the twins. The real deal is a real estate trade publication that first reported the lawsuits in June, with Oren and Tal quickly falling from their perch and becoming untouchables.
A series of other charges followed, with increasing lawsuits involving the brothers over the past six months. Tal Alexander and Oren Alexander were appointed to four suits in Tuesday’s batch, while two other lawsuits were appointed to two, with their women claiming the brothers took turns Attack her. Alon Alexander was named in another set of lawsuits.
Some charges date back to 2010; others are recent. Women say there are two claims against Oren Alexander in Miami, one against Oren Alexander in Manhattan, in order to attack The women’s attack occurred in 2018. Leah Peters, except for one woman, all offered it like Jane. In seven of the 11 outfits, the women said they were given something to drink before the beating and thought they were drugged.
Ms. Peters said she met Oren Alexander at a party at a luxury home in Miami in 2018 and he would like to have her visit the property. She said in the lawsuit that he led her to a bedroom and then actively threw her into the bed and sexually assaulted her.
In another complaint, one Jane did say she met Taal Alexander for a drink at a nightclub near Manhattan, Sahi Province in November 2014 before going to the event. But within minutes of arrival, he pushed her into the bedroom, took off his clothes and beat her forcibly, the lawsuit said. He then stood up, pointed to a tuxedo hanging near his bathroom, and told the woman that she could “see herself” because he had an event to attend.
Another Jane Doe said in the lawsuit that she had a drink with Oren Alexander at the bar and then began to feel disoriented and dizzy. Mr. Alexander then took her to his apartment where another man was present, and a girl who seemed to be about 15 years old. According to the lawsuit, the girl was nude and the second man was looking at her. Mr. Alexander brought the woman to his bedroom and she said he beat her up.
All lawsuits filed older claims for sexual assault against the original restrictions in New York City under a two-year window that closed on February 28.
“These men are predators roaming the streets, bringing women back to their apartments and treating them in the worst way,” said Andrew van Arsdale, founder of the Ava Law Group in San Diego. .
“The lives of these women have changed forever, and by law, they have the right to hold them accountable.”
The Ava Law Group also represents more than 50 men and women who filed sexual assault claims against hip-hop tycoon Sean Combs, who faces federal charges of extortion and sexual trafficking. Co-represented 30 co-representatives with Curis Law and Buzbee Law Firm.
Both the Alexander brothers and Mr. Coms were held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.
