After Landon reveals, Isa Briones of Pitt speaks Santos’s words

Pitt‘ Isa Briones Thanks for her character Santos, who is right to Langdon’s secret opioid addiction.
Briones, 26, on Wednesday, March 12 Pittwrote: “Tell the Pete fans remind me Dr. Santos of Reddit. I never read online about my work. Too many people are too cruel and I’m too sensitive to it. But I gave this post because it’s about the characters’ words, not me or my appearance.”
The actress found it “incredibly exciting” to see “subtle conversations” in the arc between Reddit and Santos.
“Some people hate Santos. Some people love her. Many people love to hate her. That’s great TV,” Brions noted. “That’s great writing. It also shows that the audience is very smart.”
Briones thanked the audience willing to reconsider Santos’ judgment, adding: “I was shocked by the feeling of watching a truly complex female character. And how many people in Santos in Landon have biased them against Santos that have made them think about their inner sexism.”
She concluded: “It’s really a beautiful thing when great storytelling can make you feel so inside and want to talk about and talk about it. Respect for our incredible writers who have created such a complex woman and thanks to the entire team for letting me portray her.”
PittIt was premiered on Max in January, following a group of fictional Pittsburgh hospital staff for 15 hours. The first half of this season showed that Dr. Santos had conflicts with her supervisor Dr. Langdon (Patrick Ball), which has caused some viewers to be frustrated by Santos, the intern’s first turn at the fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Hospital.
Santos eventually found out that Langdon was right to steal drugs from the hospital. In an episode earlier this month, Dr. Robbie (Noah Weill) confronted Langdon in anger, the senior resident admitted he was in trouble with the prescription after being prescribed after being injured.

“He refers to hurting his back while helping his parents move, which is often the case. He goes to the doctor, gives him painkillers, and then a painkiller to make habits. This keeps happening. People I know are very functional.” Ball told exclusively that he has very high functions,” US Weekly. “You see this opioid problem spread throughout this country. It’s sad because it’s not the people who start to be drug users. It’s just people trust and get trapped in. That’s part of what happened to Langdon.”
Briones in her role with us How the audience judged her personality too quickly.
“Not everyone likes Santos. But the funny thing is that when I talk to people, even on the scene – they’ll think, “Oh, you’re such a tattletale.” “At the end of the day, it’s wrong, she exposed it,” she told us. “Obviously, she has a very radical attitude towards herself and can be very arrogant. She carries herself in this way, making people kind of like, “What the hell are you doing?” Stay in your driveway. But at the end of the day, this is wrong and needs to be reported. This is illegal. ”
Briones felt relieved to see Santos was right, adding: “It was a cool moment for the audience, ‘Well, maybe that’s right. I don’t like her. I don’t like what she does, but maybe she’s right. It also makes the audience ask themselves what the bias is there? People want to really like him, but if Langdon did something wrong, then why did they choose to cover up a man instead of trusting women. That’s what makes the storyline very interesting.”
