The number of drops of chocolate bitters is optional, she says, but 10 drops works best for that “extra chocolatey” flavor.
The “finishing touch,” she says, is the “roasted honey vanilla marshmallow,” although the regular marshmallows are “so good.”

Martini glass or coupe glass with dark chocolate sauce and crushed graham crackers on the rim
1.5 ounces vodka
.5 ounces coffee liqueur
.5 ounces chocolate liqueur

10 drops chocolate bitters
1 ounce heavy cream (alternative milk can be used)
2 ounces chocolate sauce (“Ours is a mix of dark and milk chocolate, but you can use whatever you have on hand.”)
1 marshmallow, toasted
ice

1. Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker along with some ice cubes.
2. Shake well.

3. Pour into prepared glass.
