What will snow bring on Christmas Eve Tuesday?
Parts of Massachusetts will have dreams of a white Christmas Eve.
Flurries from a quick-strike system will move in during the morning. Most of Massachusetts will see up to an inch of snow, with up to 2 inches in some parts of the north.
Worcester will see snow from 6am to 10am, Boston will see snow from 8am to 11am, and parts of Cape Town will see mixed rain from 10am to noon.
“Most of the snow is in southern New Hampshire and western Massachusetts, but it’s cold enough for snow,” meteorologist Shiri Spear said in a morning forecast.
The roads will be cold and anything left untreated may become temporarily slippery. The Boston area is expected to get just a layer of snow, while the Cape could see a few showers.
