Dark sci-fi comedy on Hulu turns weird mystery into horrible thought bends

As someone who absolutely admires documentaries about alien encounters and supernatural, I was excited when I learned 2022 Things in the soilthis sci-fi horror comedy features two guys who decide to make their own documentary after two guys go through a series of unexplained events in their rundown Los Angeles apartment.
My biggest complaint and greatest entertainment when it comes to documentaries or documentaries is the fact that attempts to make compelling cases for alien life, which landlords often rush to get their point of view to convey, creating such a quick narrative that goes on at this rapid pace, and thus is actually impossible, a fact that it is actually impossible to catch their mouths.
Things in the soil This concept has a lot of fun because its two main characters aim to prove that they have experienced a series of paranormal phenomena by documenting their discoveries, and only ignore their sincerity when they realize they can make a splash by selling movies and earn money.
Levi and John’s documentary
Originally composed as a traditional science fiction horror film. Things in the soil Starting from John (Aaron Moorhead) into a new apartment building, which was occupied only by another man, Justin Benson. John lost his luck, his criminal record limited his career, forcing him to work on bartending and various daily performances. When two neighbors approach their documentary with noble intentions, Things in the soil The narrative has been changed to show that they are also trying to resolve their financial situation, which shows that their documentary comes from an unwise place.

This narrative framework works because it completely ruins any documentary you see on the subject.
