When to “forward” time changes and why we do it

Most Americans should consider going to bed in the early hours of Saturday morning because they will lose an hour of sleep.

Daylight saving time is coming, which means that in a few seconds, Sunday, 2am will become 3am. On the bright side, the “spring forward” will be delayed when the day turns into night and the sunny many people come home from get off work.
