Two New York University students were expelled for interrupting Israeli history courses

Two Barnard University students in New York City were fired for allegedly destroying the first session of modern Israeli history last month.

The expulsions were made public by the segregation of Columbia University, which called on Columbia to break away from any ties to Israel. Barnard and Colombia are affiliated agencies.

In an article on X, the group said that the Barnard administration has historically expressed hostility to those who support Palestinians, while “severe disciplinary action against protesters to stifle dissent to erase their accomplices.”

Barnard President Laura Rosenbury said in a statement to Fox News Numbers that the college cannot “comment on students’ academic and disciplinary records” under federal law.

On Sunday, CUAD released videos of protesters filming during an Instagram work interruption. The post’s title describes the history of the modern Israeli class as “the manager of training future infantry and genocide.”

The post says: “We have destroyed the Zionist class, so should you.”

According to the school, Columbia University was suspended by Columbia University several days after the incident.

Brian Cohen, director of the Kraft Jewish Student Life Center, praised Rosenbury for his actions.
