Jane Seymour, 74, stays healthy and doesn’t have strict diet

Jane Seymour has some tips when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle while maintaining her appearance.
Seymour, 74, listed some health tips that helped her stay young and didn’t involve a strict diet.
“People asked me if I had a cheat day for diet and I replied that I never had a diet, I just made great choices and stuck with it.”

“If you think you’re on a diet, you’re going to lose track, you’re going to cheat,” she said. “But if you find healthy foods you really like, it makes you feel good and you’re never going to feel short.”

“I started with the coffee and the boiled eggs and I was full until lunch time came later because I could really like it at that time.”
As for her dining preferences, Seymour points out that she likes “the Mediterranean way of eating.”
“It works great and tastes great. It includes many delicious foods like tomatoes, olives and fish.”
The former model shared that she grew a lot of her own vegetables as she spreads the greens on cucumbers and celery throughout the day.
“I do like nuts,” she added. “I’m a salty person, I like salt.”

Meanwhile, her fitness habits include lifting weights and incorporating Pilates into her day.
“You have to keep going!” said Seymour.
Although the alum who “Dancing with the Stars” admitted she stayed away from weight loss medications, including Ozim, Seymour took antioxidant elixirs, which she said helped “a battle sign against skin aging.”

Seymour commented after showing off his timeless look at New York Fashion Week.

“It’s going to be fun,” Seymour said in a video posted on Instagram, calling her model “beautiful, grand creature.”
The Harry Wild star joked: “I’m much bigger than all the models here, but I’m glad to be here.”

Seymour opened the show in a striking one-shoulder mini dress, paired with a floral design and paired with a beige, pointed pump.
Although not a professional model, the actress has never been afraid to show off what she has.

After posing for the Playboy’s paintings in 1973 and 1987, she became the oldest model at the age of 67 in 2018.
“I feel more sexy now than ever,” Seymour said to Playboy at the time. “And then, I thought, ‘Oh my god, I should be sexy. What is that?!”
She added: “As long as I live, I have a lot of freedom. It’s all about “looking at me”. I’m not going to let anyone look at me.”
