Passenger says pregnant woman’s partner starts “swearing” to her for asking her to leave her seat
A train passenger found himself struggling to calm down after a fierce confrontation with his pregnant woman and partner.
On February 17, she wrote a lengthy post on Reddit’s popular “I Am A ——?” Forum, written under the username QuizzicalNonsense. She explained that despite booking her long train trip seat in advance, a pregnant woman chose to sit there and simply “put her head down” when she was asked to move.
“At this point, her partner sat across from her and started talking to me, which I thought was an aggressive tone,” Reddit said. “He suggested that I find another seat (not one, Because it’s busy), but I said, but I booked that seat and there were no other available seats on the carriage.
She continued, “Then he raised his voice and said, ‘Well, the others are in our seats’ and his lady is pregnant.” “I said I understand, and I have a heart defect (I do this), And saying that everyone has their own medical problems and long-standing reasons can be difficult.”

The passenger said she asked her pregnant woman’s partner not to talk to her in a “radical tone” and threatened to complain.
However, he continued to raise her and began to “swear” until the pregnant woman he was with finally got up. The two provided another man with a seat on the train, which made the pregnant woman’s angry partner happy, so he began to point at Reddit’s face.
“Eventually, when the ticket inspector arrived, they were asked to move to their designated seat, and she asked me if it was OK because another passenger complained on my behalf,” Reddit said. “Even if I was A — —? Should I just leave them when she was pregnant? Have I escalated this in any way?”
Thousands of people answered the post along with most commenters, assuring train passengers that she was right to sit in her booked seat in person.
“ NTA [not the a——]. I’m pregnant,” one wrote. “You know what if I need a trip and need a seat? I booked one myself. Also, my husband would never sit there if we couldn’t book one.
“He will do decent things and give up sitting on his pregnant wife,” the commentator continued. “They act like AHS, you’re completely right.”

Another person agrees, saying, “You have absolutely nothing wrong. You have a reserved seat and you are very polite and confident in asking for it. Their aggression is completely unacceptable. You have the right to do it for yourself and Your own right to stand up.”
Several other commenters argued that the couple should have been kicked out of the train for “stealing” her seat and said they would report it to inspectors when the situation begins to escalate.
“I think this is a great lesson I learned a long time ago,” one commentator said. “I don’t argue with strangers. I ask nicely if I’m resisted, I report them to do it.” The right person.
The commenter added: “The fact they choose to argue with you first is that they are qualified, unmastered and unreasonable. Transparent
