Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu says Hamas will pay for not returning to Shiri Bibas

JERUSALEM (Reuters) – Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said on Friday that Israel will pay for the body of Shiri Bibas who failed to release the hostage.
