The judge denied the Idaho College murder case that suspected the main evidence collected by Bryan Kohberger in the search warrant, causing his defense team to deal a serious but expected blow to his defense team.

Kohberger’s defense team presented two DNA samples among unidentified men at King Road Home, where he was accused of killing four undergraduates at the University of Idaho as part of their efforts to abandon his warrant .

After the stabbing death of 21-year-old Madison Mogen, investigators found two unidentified male blood samples, one on the armrest and the other on the gloves outside; Kaylee Goncavles, 21-year-old ; Xana Kernodle, 20; and Ethan Chapin, 20. Neither matches Kohberger, they come from different topics.

Defense attorney Anne Taylor sued Aida County Judge Steven Hippler at a hearing last month, and defense attorney Anne Taylor told Aida last month County Judge Steven Hippler, which could mean Kohberger, 30, has nothing to do with the crime.

But in the pretrial stage, the judge seemed to disbelief that the existence of the other two DNA samples would be the reason for throwing a possible cause Koberg arrested. The detective made another annoying discovery – the Ka-bar scabbard under Morgan’s body.

“His DNA is still on the scabbard, though,” Shippler told Taylor in court. “That’s the problem, attorney.”

Judge Shippler also denied Kohberg’s Frank hearing, which would have led his attorney to challenge police how to conduct an investigation, which led to Kohberger’s arrest in December 2022.
