On Monday, February 17, the plot of the popular Bravo series, Tzarina Mace-ralph and Anthony Bird Continue to hit your head in the kitchen. Captain Jason Chambers Trying to make things go smoothly by reminding 30-year-old Tzarina to be a chef.
“We have to work together. You have some ways to do it. This is your department, fix it,” he told her. “Every kitchen is full of chef’s ego. But at the end of the day, there’s a chef and a chef. He needs to line up, she needs control.”
But Tzarina doesn’t know how to start fresh with 26-year-old Anthony.
“My mind has been trying to compete in my confession. I mean let Anthony’s work make him do his own job and what I need him to do,” she said in her confession. “It’s early in the charter season, so I need Jay Sen, see that I can manage my own department.”
After talking to her chef about the next charter, Tzarina went to her cottage planning menu. Anthony gave a little preparation and was ready to get guests to arrive in half an hour.
“I don’t want to be exploited. I’m organizing, I’m giving up on food, I’m doing guest and crew food, and I’m cleaning the kitchen. I’m doing everything,” he pointed out. “I just want to work as a team, is it difficult?”
Tzarina provided Anthony with a break, which he thought was an insult. He specifically told Tzarina that he should be lying down is “a little patronizing”. Captain Jason, 53, eavesdropped on the argument and admitted that he was “focusing” on the situation.
Even though Tzarina tried to resolve the tension, Anthony began secretly seeking jobs.
“I’m just a little insulted. I’m trying to keep going with her,” he explained to a friend on the phone. “She is an awkward character and I can’t work like that. I have to work in a dirty kitchen and endure dirty food. I’m just stuck in a weird situation.”
I saw a text message from Anthony to another chef that read, “Did you know there are any ships hiring? I don’t think this is working for me.” Later in the episode, Anthony didn’t hesitate The earth threw the shadow at tzarina’s confession.
“I’m really happy to show off my cooking style, the cooking style is modern and the taste is a bit enthusiastic,” he shared. “Tzarina’s cooking is more basic, with a flower on it.”
Tzarina begins to completely ignore her orders, frustrated by Anthony. Meanwhile, Anthony has a different view on the subject.
“I just kind of got it at this point. She is not a great manager and if I tell the truth, I don’t respect her as a chef, I don’t feel like I’m treated like a human being,” he said. “So I’m ready to leave because I can’t accept this bull anymore.”
Season 3 Below the deck Reunite Jason, Tzarina and Allum Alum and Deckhand Harry Van Vliet. They join the newbie Bosun wihan du toit, Chief Tang Lara Rigby, deck Johnny Avanner’s Inflammation and Adair Werley And stew Brianna Duffield and Marina Marcondes de Barros.
Jason eventually told tzarina that she wouldn’t need to keep the staff if he didn’t help, and he said, “If that doesn’t work for you, why don’t you keep going?”
He continued: “As a sous chef, how good you are, Anthony’s ego is disrespectful. It won’t last long. We might just be wrong for the chefs of Tzarina.”
Before Tzarina could decide her future, Anthony got another job and told her he would leave after two chartered sessions. Tzarina brings the message to Jason, who is not satisfied with the way Anthony handles the situation.
“I did everything I could to make him happy. All he did was the bitch behind me and made me feel myself-I’m done. I was exhausted,” Tzarina told Jason. “He said he just got a job, but for me, he would have completed the next two charters. I feel like I’m so professional, so calm, understanding, friendly and generous. For me, I just want to He’s going now.”
Jason disagrees with the firing of Anthony. “He doesn’t respect you. His job is short, and now he has another one, and he’s leaving on his own terms,” he pointed out before speaking with Anthony.
“Do you think the environment is not for you and have a better chance? I find it hard to jump down and find another job halfway through a season,” Jason told SAS Chef. “You can go today – this morning. Pack your stuff there, and that’s how I operate it.”
Jason told US Weekly The audience can expect to fire – or both. “I did reduce some cancers. No puns because I just cut my melanoma,” he said earlier this month. “But, I do have some things in my hands, whether it’s a termination or not – you have to wait and see.”
Despite his keen interest in hopes of this season, Jason doesn’t mind stepping in if necessary.
“If you’ve seen me in Season 1 and Season 2, I’ve all done my motivation and team. I’m not here to micromanage you. I’m here to help,” he noted. “Our ultimate goal is to get to the point where we grow, succeed and give our guests everything they want. That’s an easy task, isn’t it?”
