Ryan Reynolds Aiden Waller, a 15-year-old Wrexham fan who died of cancer on Wednesday, February 5.

McElhenney, 47, also wrote: “Sarah, Aiden’s power is only matched by the power of your entire family. I’m honored to meet all of you. Especially Your adorable boy Aiden. Thank you for your privilege and for being with us, providing glory for the light source in the world. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.”

Aiden was first diagnosed with osteosarcoma, a rare form of bone cancer most commonly found in adolescents and young people in February 2022. Over the past three years, he has struggled with four different cancer diagnoses.

After Reynolds hosted Aiden at the game, Sarah thanked the actors and club for making his son’s wish come true, revealing that he had to watch the game from the front row.

“We are as welcome as our family,” she told Leader then. “All they don’t have to do is just simple acts of kindness, which makes me want to cry.”
